1. We work either on CFR or FOB basis.

2. The prices are quoted either in US Dollar or Euro

3. Payment is always by L/C favouring the actual exporter

4. Purchase order, designs, colour instructions, labels and packing     instructions are to be sent to us.

5. Production shall be taken up after receipt of the L/C.

6. Shipment date is to be calculated from the date of opening of L/C.

7. All complaints to be made within one month after arrival of the goods at     the port of destination.
